Terms of Use

We welcome you to The Space, owned by The Space Ltd. Article Two – Legal Capacity of the User:

1. The user acknowledges that he has legal capacity considered, and that his age is not less than eighteen years old, as is considered in the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that he is familiar with the use of the services provided on The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms.
2. The user declares that he is of sound capacity and that he does not suffer from any of the symptoms of eligibility.
3.  In the event that the user registers as an institution, company, or any other legal form, this institution, company, or the legal form registered through it must have the necessary legal capacity to benefit from the The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms’s services.
4. The user agrees that if he violates this article “the legal capacity of the user”, he will bear the consequences of this violation in front of others, as The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms has nothing to do with the user’s dealings with third parties from a legal point of view, and The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms is entitled in this case to hold the user accountable under the provisions of contractual liability, and may demand for compensation for damages that may arise as a result of this violation in which such may damage or affect The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms’s reputation in front of others.

Article Three – Nature of The Space’s Commitment:

1. The platform is designed for the purpose of providing link services between entertainment entities and consumers who are looking for places or activities for children, so the user must benefit from these services within the framework of the laws and regulations that govern and regulate the services provided through the platform.
2. The Space electronic platform plays the role of a mediator between the entertainment entities and consumers, so it does not guarantee in any way any material or moral harm that may be caused to the user, any of his family members, his dependents, or others; As a result of a transaction, act, procedure, delay, error, omission, negligence, act, or what is issued by the other party transacting through the platform or any of their employees, representatives, employees, with them or for their benefit.
3. The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms is a tool or a means to link the entertainment entities with consumers, and therefore the platform is not a party to the contractual relationship that arises between the entertainment entities and consumers through the platform, and therefore the platform does not bear any responsibility whatsoever, whatever its nature, whether the responsibility is direct or indirect. Direct, incidental or dependent, and completely disclaims responsibility for the service provided and the interaction between the two parties and all the rights, obligations or responsibilities that may result from it, and the responsibility rests entirely with the two transacting parties.
4. The choice of the entertainment entities is a personal responsibility of the user alone, and therefore the platform does not guarantee the user in any way that any risk of potential risks will not occur in any way.
5. The Platform does not guarantee the user or any other person the safety, accuracy and correctness of any of its contents.
6. The Space works with all diligence and by all means to ensure its readiness, and the availability of all related services, however, it does not guarantee in any way the continuity of its work without temporary or permanent interruption.
7. In the event of a dispute, problem, misunderstanding, claim, or lawsuit between the entertainment entities and the consumers through the platform, neither of them has the right to ask the platform to intervene or hand over information, data or documents of the other party, and the two dealings (the entertainment entities and the consumers) In this case, may refer to the competent authorities or courts.

Article Four – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

• Once the entertainment entity makes a request to create an account on The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms, the request is sent to the platform for approval. Upon approval of the request to join the platform, the entertainment entity will be required to disclose specific information and choose a username/phone number to use when entering the platform services.
• Once the consumer creates an account, he/she will be required to disclose specific information and choose a username/phone number to use when entering the platform services.
• After activating the account, you will become a user of the Platform’s services, and have agreed to the following:

3. You are obligated to use your electronic account yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this means that you have authorized it to use the account in your name and for your account unless the user informs the platform management to the contrary.
4. When using the platform, you are obligated to use it with all seriousness and credibility, to abide by the rules and provisions of the use agreement, and to abide by the regulations and legal controls in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you are obligated to compensate The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms for any direct or indirect losses that it may incur as a result of any use Illegal, unreal or unauthorized for your account by you or by any other person who obtained the keys to access your account on the platform, whether to benefit from the services using your user name and password, or as a result of your negligence to maintain the confidentiality of the user name and password, and whether or not with your authorization to delegate.
5. 10. Article Five – Electronic Communications and Official Communications:

3. 4. All fees – if any – are calculated in Saudi riyals, and the user must pay all fees due in addition to any other expenses added by the platform, provided that payment is made by the approved, specified and available means.
5. The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the rules and provisions of the usage agreement, to any of the registrants for whatever reason they registered.

Article Seven – Your personal information and transaction details information:

1. Article Thirteen – Applicable Law and Legislation:

Article Fourteen – Settlement of Disputes:

Article Seventeen – General Provisions:

• This Agreement – which is amended from time to time as the case may be – constitutes the work mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between the entertainment entities and consumers and The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms only, and the user is obligated to abide by the provisions of this agreement, and the user agrees to take into account the following :

This User Agreement is valid for all users of The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms and it is the regulator of the relationship and is the contract between the user and The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms only, regardless of any legal, institutional, commercial or charitable form the user may take. As for the relationship between the entertainment entities and consumers, it is subject to an independent legal relationship and has its own regulations that are in place between them.
  2. The entertainment entities must set their own provisions, provided that they are in accordance with the provisions of the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  3. It is not the right of any person – other than the management of The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms – to impose any articles, terms or provisions in the use agreement of The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms, and The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms receive user suggestions in relation to this agreement.
  4. If the usage agreement is translated into any other language, whether on The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms or otherwise, the Arabic text of the usage agreement shall remain the original in all transactions.
  5. This usage agreement shall not be canceled or modified except by a decision issued by The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms management.

Article Eighteen – Cancellation of User Membership:

• The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms, according to the usage agreement and according to the laws and regulations followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, may resort to temporary or permanent suspension of the user, withdrawal and cancellation of the user’s account, or limiting the user’s ability to access the services of The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms, in the event:
  1. Violation of the rules and provisions of the User Agreement.

  4. The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms may, according to its evaluation, resort to reactivating the suspended user accounts, as the user whose activity has been permanently suspended or his membership has been canceled, may not be able to register or restore his account on The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms or use the site in any way, whatever the circumstances, until it is Allowed for him to resume his activity on The Space by the management of The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms. However, in case the user violates this usage agreement, The Space reserves the right to recover or claim any losses or damages caused by the user to The Space, and it has the right to take legal measures or resort to the judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against the user as it deems appropriate.
  5. The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms does not waive its right to take appropriate measures against any violation of the rules and provisions of the use agreement and other similar acts of violation, as well as The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms is not obligated to take any measures against any violation of the usage agreement, but this matter is subject to the discretion of the management of The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms and its legal department.

Article Nineteen – Responsibility of The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms:

1. The Space is not responsible in any way for any unsatisfactory or late performance by users, entertainment entities or consumers.
2. The Space does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, accidentally or by a third party.
3. The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms does not bear any claims or responsibilities arising as a result of financial losses, defamation, defamation, or any damages arising as a result of misuse, misuse or inability to use The Space or any of its digital channels and platforms, and it does not bear any responsibilities or claims in such cases.
